I started practicing yoga in my 40's, after relocating across the country from family and friends, as a way to make connections. Through my yoga practice, and eventual teaching certification, I not only forged deep bonds with others but, more importantly, unearthed a profound connection and understanding of myself. This was invaluable when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and faced physical limitations following surgery. Yoga had taught me to honor what my body and soul needed, which was to shift toward the gentler and more mindful practices.
My intention for Tiffany Twisted Yoga is to support others' mind, body and spirit by sharing the power of mindfulness. The Mindfulness Collection is a sacred space where I share intention-setting practices, guided meditations, gentle yoga and breathwork - all to nurture self-awareness and inner peace.
